Anyone who has tried the electric ab belt that is supposed to do crunches for you while you work?
I have to admit I am tempted by the idea
I am not overweight and I have worked my abs as far as I can with basic moves, I am in good shape for mom of 3 but I just can’t do much more

please do not waste your money on these crazy gadgets! the do not work!!!! buy a big yoga ball, lean on it and do your crunches! these balls are cheap and very effective. buy a reliable work out dvd- winsor pilates is a truly effective program that targets the “core” or torso areas.
nothing worth attaining can be achieved easily. electric ab belts and all these types of fly by night gadgets prey on people who want to have things “the easy way”. believe me, the only thing that will be lighter will be your wallet!
