    Pump some iron! When I lift I have to eat 4000-5000 calories to stay at my current weight because i burn so much

    & It takes alot of time to build muscle. Dont believe these magazines or tv ads that say "Get ripped in 11 weeks." Because it isnt going to happen unless you have god like genetics. It takes about 3 months to gain 5 pounds of muscle.

    Just have fun with it & stay motivated. Good luck!
